Robotic Demolition Equipment

NorthValley Robotics has developed remotely controlled demolition equipment incorporating the advantages of similar domestic and international products.

Demolition Robot is an intelligent engineering robot specifically designed for building demolition, debris clearance, and operations in hazardous environments. It integrates sensors, actuators, and control systems, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous operation in complex and harsh conditions to perform tasks such as breaking, cutting, and demolition. Its purpose is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce the need for manual labor, and ensure personnel safety in high-risk environments.

NorthValley’s demolition robotics features a compact structure and powerful performance, equipped with a 36.8 kW high-power engine and a load-sensing hydraulic system, ensuring rapid response and stable output.

Through a high-precision wireless remote control system, it can be quickly configured with various attachments such as hydraulic hammers, digging buckets, grab buckets, and hydraulic shears.

In extreme and hazardous environments—such as high temperature, high dust, and prone to collapse—it can replace manual labor to efficiently complete tasks including breaking, digging, grabbing, and transporting.

Its main application fields include building demolition, tunnel excavation, secondary crushing in mining, metallurgical industrial furnaces and kilns, and the nuclear industry. It is a core piece of equipment for ensuring personnel safety and enhancing operational efficiency.

5. Wide Working Range, Excellent Performance

Large Operational Coverage: Boasts a maximum working height of 4800 mm, working radius of 4300 mm, and digging depth of 1700 mm, delivering outstanding operational coverage.

Wide Application Fields of Controlled Robotic Demolition

The value of Demolition Robots is demonstrated across various sectors:

Emergency Rescue: At disaster sites like earthquakes, mudslides, and explosions, they are used for breaking obstacles, opening rescue channels, excavating ruins, and can replace firefighters in extinguishing blazes in toxic or high-temperature fire scenes.

Construction and Demolition: Used for interior building demolition, building layer reduction, concrete structure breaking, etc. They can precisely control force and position, minimizing impact on surrounding structures, and effectively controlling dust and noise.

Mining and Tunneling: Used in mines for breaking hard ore and tunnel support, and in tunnels for scaling, breaking large rocks, as well as rescue and clearance after tunnel collapses.

Industrial Production: Replaces manual labor in completing dangerous and arduous tasks in high-temperature, high-dust environments such as slag removal in metallurgical furnaces and kiln brick demolition in cement rotary kilns.

Nuclear Industry and Other Special Fields: Plays an irreplaceable role in high-radiation risk operations like nuclear facility decommissioning, radioactive waste handling, and hot cell decontamination, ensuring personnel safety.
